Yoga Nidra and Bowls

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a systematic guided meditation. Traditionally done lying down, this practice can promote relaxation and rejuvenation. It can also assist with behavioral changes and healing at the subconscious and unconscious levels. Combining yoga nidra with the balancing frequencies and vibrations of the singing bowls can deepen one’s sense of healing and balance across mind, body, spirit and soul.
