RESERVATION POLICIES:

To make an appointment or set up a clarity call, please reach out via my contact page to set up a day and time. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel day of or miss an appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. This is for private pay and insurance clients. 

FACILITIES:

I operate on a virtual basis via zoom for all sessions. In person sessions will be discussed on an individual basis if appropriate and accessible. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

You are required to get cleared by a doctor to remain in outpatient treatment. I withhold the right to terminate services with anyone that might be at medical risk and refuses to see a doctor. You will be provided with referrals upon our closing session.
