What is Spiritual Response Therapy?

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is a modality that helps to identify subconscious programs and beliefs that are possibly keeping you stuck. Understanding why it is in your subconscious can be important in the clearing process.  For many, this means accessing past lives to better understand why they are present in the first place. 

Working with Spirit and your personal High Self (the aspect of you that Knows all), you’ll better understand why you might be stuck in these mindsets and behaviors. With this understanding, SRT can help clear these barriers from your subconscious to free you up to live in better alignment with who you truly are.

Please also remember that as a co-creator, you are responsible for doing the work to help yourself move forward and out of these limiting mindsets and behaviors. 

The image that arises for me with this is wanting a garden, but the plot of land is covered in abandoned tools and storage containers. You have to clear that all out before you can plant the garden. SRT clears the space for you to then cultivate and harvest the garden.
