Our work can be incredibly rewarding.

It is also extremely challenging and can result in compassion fatigue and burnout

Our traditional education does not yet provide us with the skills and tools to support our energetic needs.

This is why I want to support fellow clinicians in learning valuable mind body medicine tools and practices to support yourself and your clients.

let's see what

clinicians are Saying

Alissa Rumsey MS, RD, CDN, CSCS

Owner of Alissa Rumsey Nutrition and Wellness & Creator of The Liberated Clinician

I’ve worked with Blair for years, most recently bringing her on to lead regular regenerative practice sessions for my group program The Liberated Clinician. Blair is kind, wise, and empathetic, and she brings so many gifts to me and the rest of my group. She has helped me get better at noticing where I am energetically, and figuring out what I need to return to a state of balance. Working with her has helped me cultivate more consistent self-care and connection practices, so that I can better show up for myself and my clients. I am now able to enter into client sessions more regulated and grounded, which has helped me be a better counselor and dietitian (and human!). I’ve brought this work into my client sessions, supporting people in being able to better take care of themselves and regulate their own nervous system, so that they can implement the skills we discuss in session. I highly recommend learning from and working with Blair!

Jasmine Hormati MS, RD

Mending Ground Nutrition and Yoga

Blair is an AMAZING teacher! I learned so much about different practices that I can bring into sessions with my clients - and even some that I now use for myself! Being able to regulate my own nervous system before, during, and after sessions can be so helpful for me to show up for the people I support and really hold space for them. I've also seen how these techniques can make a difference for my clients and their well being. Blair bring such a calming energy into the space and explains these topics in such a relatable way. If you are a person who supports others, I HIGHLY recommend this series!

meet Your Guide

Blair Silverman MS, RDN, CDN, E 500- RYT

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), certified intuitive eating counselor, 500 hour ISHTA certified yoga teacher, 500 hour Urban Zen Integrative Therapist (UZIT), certified meditation teacher/guide and Reiki Master.

I first came to these modalities through my own healing journey. I found that medication and therapy weren’t addressing my deeper needs. It was through these modalities and spirituality as a whole,  that I found what I needed to facilitate a deeper level of healing that allowed me to return to my truest Self.

Experiencing the transformative power, I set out to integrate these modalities with my clients to provide them with the tools and insights to support the challenging work of healing their relationship with their body and food.

It wasn’t until I started teaching these modalities as part of Alissa Rumsey’s The Liberated Clinician, that I saw there was a need and desire for this information from clinicians.  Like mycelium, my hope is to spread this wisdom throughout our network to help ourselves and our clients.
